After another 12 km you will come to a crossroad (Called Char Phata) where the left turn goes to Neral and Matheran (and Dr. Modi's Health Resort), the right turn goes to Karjat station. Take the road going STRAIGHT over a bridge that goes over the railway line. About 1-1.5 km down the road you'll come to another junction (lots of rickshaws and Tempos parked here) take a LEFT turn on to the bridge. At the end of the bridge take a right turn. * You need to be physically fit for white water rafting as this is a hands-on activity and everyone has to paddle.
* No joy rides. Everyone must paddle.
* Sorry, but you have to be aged at least 14 to participate.
* There is a weight limit of 85 kg. If you are over that please consult us.
* The time taken for each rafting trip is different because the water levels and speed of water flow each day is different. While we generally raft about 7-8 km of the river, some days the trip takes longer than other days, depending on the paddling strength of the team.
